Notes on purchasing

All properties are sold with full title deeds. We hold copies of “escrituras” of all properties on our lists, and preliminary scrutiny has been carried out by us (with lawyer or notary). We supply “informacion registral” (search in register) on all properties. We are fully qualified to arrange your purchase and act as mediator between buyer and seller, also to organise all paperwork for taxes, notary, registration, N.I.E. rates, etc. giving you a detailed “Estimate of Costs” beforehand.

Solicitor: All deeds are signed before a NOTARY If you have a lawyer to verify our work, we will co-operate fully.

Our service is personal, we are always at hand and can help change titles of water, electricity, and telephone or find builders, electricians, plumbers, etc. or our “Services Department” can manage this work for you for a small fee. For permits, licenses, registration, residencias, translations, etc. we have English speaking lawyers, “gestor” and assessor at our service.

For overnight stops or short breaks to see the area or to view, we can book you into hotels, rural hostels, apartments, or English B&B.


Move To The Sun

Looking for a permanent or holiday home in the sun ? Disappointed with the villas and bank re-possessions offered ? Most standing in semi-deserted or half finished urbanisations !
Try looking a little inland. Still the fine climate, but areas where life still goes on. Your local baker, butcher, bar, is there all year round and prices don’t double in August. Enjoy life, join in the local fiestas, or sit out on the bar terrace with a wine and “tapa” and struggle to discuss football, weather or politics !! with your Spanish neighbour. Don’t worry, you will soon pick it up. And if you feel like a day on the coast, its only 20 – 60 minutes to the lovely Murcian beaches.
